+ Added a new animation for the gate (level exit)


* Changed button prompt to Quit to menu in Tutorial 4 to Q instead of Escape

* Fixed tutorialFinished variable not getting set to saved value when the game is loading.

* Fixed enemies clipping into walls.

* Fixed starting new game doesn't reset attempts .

* Fixed spelling mistakes in various places.

* Pause menu keyboard shortcuts no longer work when the pause menu is not active.

* Fixed pressing the jump key doesn't start the timer.

* Fixed ability to shoot when dead

* Fixed bullets colliding with keys and spikes.
